December 2022 at Ayanza

๐ŸŽ„It is almost Christmas! Before we all head out and enjoy the holidays, here are the most important updates and ways we improved Ayanza in the past month. You know, so you have an even better time writing your yearly retrospective! ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

๐Ÿคช Emojis and GIFs are coming to Ayanza

We are giving you even more options to be expressive in Ayanza! You can now use emojis as reactions to your colleaguesโ€™ notes, spaces, and rhythm entries. It opens a whole new palette of interactions ๐ŸŽจ!

It is now also much easier to add GIFs to your comments using a dedicated tab in the image picker.

๐Ÿ“ Custom status types

From now on, you can tweak what status types are available, add new ones, or delete statuses you donโ€™t need. โš™๏ธ

We are also adding status categories so you can tell Ayanza which of your custom statuses are considered active, which are part of the backlog, and which are marked as done โœ….

๐Ÿงญ Main navigation improvements

We made it faster to use the main navigation in Ayanza. The navigation bars now open when you hover over any section (such as Tasks or Rhythms) without you having to click and navigate there. ๐Ÿš€

Thereโ€™s a new navigation bar for Tasks, allowing you to quickly see your tasks based on their status category. You can also see the active tasks of all your colleagues on the same screen! ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

And more

  • ๐Ÿ“„ We have created new landing pages; each explains a specific part of Ayanza in closer detail. Visit ayanza.com and find all the new pages under the Product menu in the top navigation.

  • ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ We have added a helpful reminder to your newsfeed to fill your rhythms.

  • ๐Ÿ“ฅ The view of properties of your tasks in fullscreen view is now collapsible. When collapsed, they are shown on a single line.

๐Ÿ™Œ Help us make Ayanza even better by joining our Discord community and sharing your feedback, or schedule a call with our team.

Thank you for reading through this monthly product update ๐Ÿ’›. Merry Christmas ๐ŸŽ„! We will be back in 2023.
