Projects

Here are some hints how you can manage your tasks:

  1. You can create a new task or task-list anywhere in Ayanza, e.g. directly in a chat with your teammates or while writing some note (check: Vzl9xn1XZqLkumzWMTjJ) via this easy option

Highlight the text and use function “turn into”

  1. Find ALL created TASKS in one place and check what is your team progress towards goals

By default, all tasks have the same properties - with aim: “Bring clarity and simplicity to work”. When you look at your colleague’s task - it will have the same structure as yours.

If you need to create your own property or status - there is still possiblity via Settings - please check video below

  1. Create a “Project” if you have a “group of related tasks”

What project are you currently working on with the team? It can be a “Product Launch”, “Migration of data” or “Preparing the teambuilding”, …

or you can create a project call “Bug fixes”, “Initiatives”, “Payroll” if there is something what you are doing continuously.

    Tips:

    • Add description to projects to give your teammates important info or instructions about the project

    • Use recurring tasks in case of repetitive work

But there is more

Even all tasks completed does not guarantee the success. You need to work on right things, ever improve your workflows, document your progress and learn from it.
